It is a group of people, both men and women of mixed ages who enjoy to walk and enjoy trying out different walks each month.
How will I progress my fitness?
Walking is hugely underrated as an exercise. Develop within the group to take on more challenging walks. Have fun and keep active outdoors with like minded people, whilst exploring different areas in North Yorkshire. There is usually one residential walking weekend per year and opportunities to take part in other walking events at times.
When is it?
One Sunday per calendar month - dates circulated to members at the start of each year for the year ahead. The walk will usually take between 3 and 5 hours.
