HiiT hard for Sport Relief - Saturday 19th March - Kelfield Institute

Full day of HiiT (High Intensity Interval training) and pad work sessions at Kelfield Institute with Lindsey Ryan - Wholehearted Personal Training, aimed at all abilities, with every penny taken on the day going to Sport Relief. Anyone wishing to book one of the available slots, should contact me. All sessions are £6 each - beginners and more experienced welcome.
If you've always fancied having a go at pad work or at HiiT work, come and join in and for those of you that exercise with me (or somewhere else) regularly - get a bonus Saturday workout in, whilst raising money for some fantastic causes both in the UK and overseas. Bring a friend but please do book your places and let's raise as much as we can, whilst having a virtuous Saturday!
Book your slot early, join in, have fun, have a go and do your bit for Sport Relief. Look forward to meeting lots of you then.

Just run..

f you are a runner, try this...
Once a month, turn off your apps, take off your watch or whatever else you use to track your performance and just run for as long as you want, alone preferably, without thought of times and distance until you've had enough.
The numbers are only numbers. Remember in that monthly run, why you enjoy it - don't push yourself too much unless that feels natural - just relax into it. A once per month reality run, will mean that as you get older andnumbers change, you will always remember why you love it and keep it real in your own head as something that you can never fail at, no matter what anyone else is doing with their run. Your run is your run.
If you would like to share your thoughts about running without tracking on this page, I'd be glad to share them with others.
Try it and let me know how it feels for you...weird to start with if you love tracking but stick with it once each month and keep running for you :)
