Full day of HiiT (High Intensity Interval training) and pad work sessions at Kelfield Institute with Lindsey Ryan - Wholehearted Personal Training, aimed at all abilities, with every penny taken on the day going to Sport Relief. Anyone wishing to book one of the available slots, should contact me. All sessions are £6 each - beginners and more experienced welcome.
If you've always fancied having a go at pad work or at HiiT work, come and join in and for those of you that exercise with me (or somewhere else) regularly - get a bonus Saturday workout in, whilst raising money for some fantastic causes both in the UK and overseas. Bring a friend but please do book your places and let's raise as much as we can, whilst having a virtuous Saturday!
