Hiit like a girl

A fusion of both boxing pad work and high intensity interval training (HiiT) for women at Kelfield Institute. Classes are running on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please get in touch to book a place.

A fusion of sport specific running work, free weight circuits & high intensity interval training for men and women.
Classes are running at Kelfield Institute on Tuesdays starting at 6.30pm.

Best foot forward running group

A 12 week training course for those that are new to running and want to reach 5K. The course includes group run sessions, run specific strengthening sessions, homework, email support and information.

Heart & Sole walking group

A lovely group of happy walkers! We do one club walk per calendar month, always on a Sunday, some easy, some moderate and some challenging.
