Running Groups for complete beginners

BEGINNER?

Always fancied running? 
Join one of my regular 'Best Foot Forward' courses, which aims to get you from a non-runner to completing a 5K within a 12 week programme.

HOW WILL I PROGRESS?

You will take part in a weekly class, which begins with a programme of walking / running and gradually progresses up to you being able to run 5K without stopping. The class also involves a weekly run specific strength circuit, which is incorporated into your session. It's great fun and you'll meet other like minded people and hopefully some new friends.

WHY WILL THIS WORK?

We rely on adaptation of your body as it develops running skills and strength. You will become stronger, fitter and amaze yourself at what you can achieve. Running spirit required, along with two homework runs each week :)

WHEN IS IT?

The next one will start in spring 2020.
